Cat: Wendi – Burtonsville, MD (2003 – 08/15/2009)
Wendi was a beautiful kitty, taken away too soon. Wendi was a domestic short hair cat.
She was attacked in front of JT in our own backyard by 2 dogs.
The vets worked on her for 12 hours before determining the injuries were too severe and she traveled to the bridge at 7:45 in JT’s arms.
Her death was very tragic and has made everyday life very hard. We miss you baby girl and are so sorry we did not protect you as we should.

What a beautiful, little doll Wendi was. We are so sad for your sudden loss as she was taken too young. She has crossed Rainbow Bridge and is in a wonderful place, with our Spinner. We love the water licking picture as our other 2 cats do that too. Know that you gave her a wonderful, happy life and you will see her again. Hugs.

Dear JT & Sandy,
My deepest sympathy goes out to you for the tragic loss of Wendi. How unfair and cruel this world can be. I am so very sorry. My family lost our 9 month old puppy tragically in 2001. It was so hard to bear. I look to God and ask “Why?” I don’t have that answer yet. Please know I understand your intense, raw grief. Time has been the only thing that has helped, and cherishing the special, good memories.
She looks like a well-loved and happy Princess in your photos. Such a beauty. I can only imagine how much joy she brought to your lives.
She earned her wings, is in Heaven and I too believe that you will see her again. I wish you peace. Take care. God Bless Wendi
