Dog: CeeCee (Citabug) Chihuahua – Lewisville, TX (Nov 1996 – Dec 2012)
Dear CeeCee (Citabug),
I fell in love with you the first time I saw you back in 1996. You were only 6 weeks old, runt of the litter. The breeder held you and your sibling up in her arms for me to choose which one I wanted to buy, she said this one was the last one born (pointing to you) I was always told that the last one born never lives long, well I’m here to prove everyone wrong. You lived for 16 years!!!! You were a true survivor!
I love you so much CeeCee (Citabug)! You would comfort me when I was sad, you cuddled with me when I was sick. No one will ever understand our special bond. I will miss our long walks in the park. I will miss the strange way you looked at the ducks and turtles in the pond. I will miss the way you would run after the squirrels and birds.
I will miss the way you bucked up to pitbulls and rottweilers (You had no idea how much danger you were in) LOL! You had no idea how small you were or is it that you just didn’t care? Whatever your reason was you were going to protect me by any means necessary. How could a 6 pound puppy have such a big heart. Oh my goodness…. Talking about a smart puppy, smart is an understatement!! CeeCee you had more sense than most of these human beings walking around.
Years ago I had this small back yard and the fence had a little hole at the bottom. I would always let you go out in the back without being supervised. Little did I know you were sneaking in and out. One day I caught you sneaking back in. I always thought how lucky I am that no one stole you from me. You’ve had a few close calls. That’s why I call you a lil survivor, no other dog will ever be able to take your place, ever. You are dear to me, you will always be my sweet little Angel and I know that you loved me too, no question about it.
I will never forget the way you would run around in circles when I would come home from work, you were so happy to see me. I never felt so much love in my life. You were the best puppy ever, you were so loyal, loving, caring, you are the sweetest Angel, and I don’t know any other way to explain it.
We had some good times and those are the times that I’m going to remember. I could go on and on about you. I will miss the way I held you in my arms, and you knew you were safe in my arms, you would fall asleep in my arms.
You will always be in my heart forever CeeCee you will never be forgotten, we will meet again someday.
You are in a better place now. Rest in Peace my Love. Rest in Peace my Angel.
