Trubble came to our home when I was 12 years old with the agreement that I was to keep his sister Sheba, and give him away to a friend of my mother’s the next day. Fate had something much different in store for us when that little white fuzzball came bounding out of his cage and ran right into my lap.
He was the size of an xbox controller and took it upon himself to claim me as his. I looked at him, he looked at me and I said the first words I’d ever spoke to him.
