Cat: Isabella (Domestic Shorthair) – Amsterdam, OH (07/04/2000 – 07/01/2010)

My cat Isabella (Izzy) was the greatest friend anyone could ask for. I’ll never forget the first day I got her when she hissed at herself when she saw her reflection.

She was also my Ramen noodle buddy. I will miss the way she always looked at me with bright eyes whenever I came home or came into my room.

It’s now hard to even step foot in my room without breaking down into tears. It isn’t easy waking up without her. It just doesn’t feel right.

Her favorite thing was earwax. I don’t know why, but she loved earwax.

Right now God is giving her earwax and she is probably loving it.

I just hope she knows that I love her and miss her dearly. I will NEVER forget her.

She was my soulmate. She died 3 days before her 11th birthday.

RIP sweety.

Tini was a beautiful female pussy cat.

She had to have a leg amputated several years ago after a fall but never stopped her getting into mischief.

She had a beautiful nature and always loved a little kiss goodnight.

I will miss her for the rest of my life.

Rosie was my best friend and the perfect cat.

There will never be another cat like her – she clearly loved me and I loved her with all my heart.

Rosie chose me from the start and we had a special bond.

Rosie was suddenly taken from me on March 28, 2010 at 2:55 p.m. by an apparent silent cancer that sucked the life out of her.

Although she is physically gone, her spirit lives on in my heart and always will till we meet again on the other side.

I love you Rosie.

I miss you so much!

Downey (American Short Hair Cat) was so loved by everyone. He was a baby even though he was 8 years old.

He followed me, his mom everywhere I went. He was a healthy fat cat. Lazy in his own way.

I called him Downey Bear. His name totally fit him. When ever I would call him he would come running.

Today Feb. 28, I had to put him to sleep. He had a tumor in his stomach as big as a baseball.

It kills me knowing he won’t run to greet me at the door anymore.

I loved him so much …. more than anything.

We grew up together.

He is and will always be my baby.

Chelsea (Himalayan/Siamese) was one of a kind. Named after a rare / unreleased Counting Crows song.

She was our baby, bottle fed for many weeks by me and my daughter. She was the best cuddler ever [when SHE chose to be].

Her life was short and her death tragic. Lost to a Coyote. I can’t think of a worse way to go for a cat.

She was an indoor cat but on very hot days loved to lounge in the sun.

I pray it was quick and blind-sided her. I pray I can get the vision, panic and fear she felt out of my heart.

I pray she is happy in cat-forever-land.

She is survived by her feline Brother, August, and memorialized by our newest feline addition, Coconut.

Malibu (Tabby cat) was the most loving caring affectionate cat you could ever want. If she were human she would of been the perfect companion.

She stayed by your side day and night and would always cuddle up to you when you slept. If you were watching TV, she’d be there on your lap.

She was a warm and loving cat who we took in as a stray because she had been previously abused.

We know we completely changed her life and made her happy. Malibu brought so much happiness to us.

She will never be forgotten but will be dearly missed. You were a very important part of our family.

Malibu rest in peace. We love you so much.

Kali, I remember you were full of beans when I first brought you home as a kitten.

From the beginning your were “my” cat, not letting too many others near you. You were my shadow, always wanting to be in the same room as I.

I remember you taking over my pillow (!) and waiting outside the bathroom door for me.

You were sooo picky, but you loved Swiss Chalet chicken, McDonald’s fries and ice cream.

You were my best friend until cancer took you away from me. I will miss you always my girl.
